Description | The Crossroads Technology Campus is a proposed large-scale data center development including 2.2 million square feet of data center buildings, three substations, and other accessory infrastructure on approximately 633 acres. It is located on the north side of Mills Drive (U.S. Route 17) with additional frontage along Lee Hill School Drive and Eagle Drive in Spotsylvania County, Virginia. The project is currently in the planning and permitting phase and has faced community opposition due to concerns about power, water, noise, pollution, and impact on nearby neighborhoods and schools. |
