Crysler Avenue Sewer Separation and Watermain Replacement

This project is needed for sewer separation and to reduce potential downstream basement flooding and combined sewer overflow events. The watermain and roads are in poor condition. The project limits extend from Park Street to Simcoe Street, including Ellis Street from Crysler Avenue to approximately 55 meter west. The combined sewers will be replaced with 328 meter of new sanitary sewers and 307 meter of new storm sewers, 328 meter of new watermain and road reconstruction, including new sidewalks, curbs and gutters. The project includes new sanitary laterals with cleanouts at the property line and new water services with curb stops at the property line for 46 lots. Hydrants will also be replaced.
