This project will construct a 10 foot wide multi-use trail from Frank Gleason Park along Harker Road to the intersection with Lafayette Road, and replacing the sidewalk around Barnhardt Circle.
On Harker Road, the trail will be built on the north side only. Curb and gutter will also be installed along this side only. On Barnhardt Circle, the proposed sidewalk replacement will be constructed
