Description | By using Blanket Mix Design, we enhance the proportion of natural material and reduces the requirement of crushed material. An OHMS Portal monitors obstruction across the length of the project and a sophisticated linear programming tool optimizes project logistics to finalize various land locations. A unique aspect is the one-kilometre long tunnel that we are burrowing through the Aravalli range of mountains. The task is mammoth: 232 lakh cum of embankment with heights up to 30 m; deep cuts up to 30 m; 3 km long viaducts; 315 km of mechanized track laying; mechanized track electrification and 690 structures spread across 3 different states. It is the only DFCC project to have the Absolute Block System for signalling and we are doing single span casting and launching methods for the viaducts in the hilly areas. |
