Addresses a vital need by using a dynamic digital platform along with vibrant virtual trainings to equip youth with essential culinary, digital, and life skills for healthier, more sustainable lifestyles. The heart of Culinary Beginnings is an interactive virtual hub enriched by a YouTube channel, 45 cooking tutorials, 18 online modules, 18 podcasts, and 9 educational games, all co-created by young people across 9 countries. Participants, including young migrants, rural youth, and students, learn to master affordable, nutritious cooking, budget effectively, and link culinary skills to mental health and well-being. Focus groups, World Virtual Cafés, study visits, and cooking competitions — spark intercultural dialogue and foster a vibrant transnational community. Local and regional traditions come alive as participants share recipes and cooking styles, building bridges between cultures through the universal language of food. Innovative blend of gamified learning, podcast storytelling, and community-driven research positions it at the forefront of digital education for life skills. Special focus is given to mental health, with thematic modules exploring the connection between nutrition, emotional resilience, and independent living. Participants strengthen their digital literacy, cultural awareness, and personal confidence — critical competencies for a rapidly changing world. The programme culminates in an international webinar that showcases best practices, success stories, and policy recommendations aimed at integrating cooking and digital skills into youth and vocational education frameworks.
