Cultural trails in the landscape — a resource at school

The project promotes the sustainable use of cultural tracks by increasing knowledge of cultural tracks in the landscape among teachers and students and by developing methods for using cultural tracks as a resource in school. The project works to protect and preserve cultural trails in the landscape by increasing the knowledge of teachers and also of their pupils, the growing generation and future users of the cultural tracks. The increased knowledge provides increased sustainable use and with increased knowledge also reduces the risk of cultural trails in the landscape being destroyed by mistake or by ignorance. Through cross-border cooperation, the project partners want to develop methods to use cultural trails in the landscape as a resource in schools in many different subjects.
