The ETZ project kultur|contact|creatively bridges the bridge between the free arts, cultural scene and the cultural and creative industries for the first time: a wide range of individual projects and events now combine the free, cultural sector with the cultural and creative industries in a comprehensive concept. Both areas are networked among themselves and beyond national borders. By means of targeted impulses in and out of the programme areas, the cross-border networking of stakeholders is to be stimulated, and through a conscious intensification in co-existence, professional exchange and the creation of common spaces, ideas and works, networking is to be strengthened and sustainable structures in cooperation will be promoted. The target groups of both regions are supported both institutionally and in new spatial concepts, e.g. Creativehub (mobile project space), workshops, symposia, residency programs and action days in their networking. It is based on the realisation that cross-border networking encourages inspiration and strengthens content discourse such as cooperation. The ETZ project is divided into four programme areas, which are conceptually intensively interwoven: con|temporary: The residency program for students provides impetus for intensive personal coexistence in artistic creation. The project laboratory Grenz|Space|Culture initiates the joint artistic discourse with the border space. con|nection: The networking in the field of design promotes professional exchange for students and creatives. A symposium and workshops on cross-segment networks provide impetus for new structures. conversion|version: The mobile project space Creativehub is the starting point for the joint development of creative areas and stands for the know-how transfer of the two border regions. A symposium and workshops show the potential of areas. Convention|Convention: In Kultur|Creativ|Tagen — as a presentation platform and communicator for the general public — the activities and results of the overall project become visible and tangible. The program is based on a large number of exchange and networking impulses in a total of four programme areas and paves an innovative way into the future through model projects (newcomers exchange at Pilsen Design Week, first Bavarian-Bohemian residence program) and prototypes (CreativHub). Objectives and added value: Promote personal exchange and learning from each other; Professionalisation of stakeholders; Stimulate discourse on the structural change of cross-border cultural work; Strengthening and enriching the content of the border area; Cooperation becomes a matter of course.
