Liceul Tehnologic Caius Iacob is a high school with a technical profile in the urban area, accredited in 2 fields of vocational training, electrical & electronics-automation, with high school and vocational school classes. The objectives: O1.Enriching learning content regarding EU knowledge using innovative, interactive and student-centred teaching strategies O2.Promoting knowledge about the EU and awareness of the role of European by strengthening active citizenship among students and teachers through scholar and extracurricular activities O3.Developing students' skills regarding the use of digital tools for creating digital content in curricular and extracurricular activities on the topic of the EU The project team is formed of 12 members. The direct beneficiaries of the project will be 300 students. They will benefit from 245 hours dedicated to knowledge of the EU. The project activities will be carried out using innovative, interactive, student-centred teaching strategies. Curricular adaptations will be made for 8 subjects and 4 CDL programs will be created. A club and a summer school will be established, within which students will carry out activities on topics established together with them. The project includes study visits. The novelty of the project is given by the creation of the EU-KNOWTECH Club (20 pupils) & the implementation of the Summer School program (10 pupils/year). By the implementation of the project will result: specialized curriculum enriched with 4 CDL programs, a guide to good practices and articles by the club in the school magazine. The dissemination and visibility of the project will be achieved through conferences, information campaigns, the project’s website, through articles in the local press and in the school magazine and through the Project Corner. The results of the project will be capitalized by using the materials created, in the following school years. Keywords: EU knowledge, technology, EU-club, Summer School,21st century, skills.
