The objective of the TC is to improve the management of fiscal investment projects, through the development of technical tools that help the Ministries of Finance to design and execute investment projects in fiscal management at the national and subnational level in an efficient manner. This objective will be achieved through the formulation of advanced technical guides that, based on studies, provide methodologies, tools and exchanges in areas such as tax administration, financial management and public investment and subnational governments, which will be applied across the current and future portfolio for ensure the sustainability of good practices in the region.
