CyTown Development Project

CyTown is a $200 million, 94-acre mixed-use development project currently under construction between Jack Trice Stadium and Hilton Coliseum at Iowa State University. The project includes eight additional buildings adding approximately 575,000 square feet of vertical space, a 200-room Marriott hotel called The Cardinal with a skywalk connection to Hilton and the Scheman Building, about 70,000 square feet of retail space, 90,000 square feet of office space, over 60 residential suites for donors, unique food and beverage options, and a 2,800-seat amphitheater. McFarland Clinic will be the south anchor providing medical services.
