Description

Description

Project - Czech Ground Forest Fire-fighting module using vehicles Objective of the project is to complete the equipment and train existing forces and resources in the Czech Republic for ground forest fire fighting using vehicles to be able to undergo certification process according to 2014/762/EU for their deployment in missions within the Union Civil Protection Mechanism. Currently, the team shares equipment with other CZ Modules. To enable the simultaneous deployment of multiple CZ capacities, improvements in logistics, PPE, and operational support are required to meet UCPM standards. The Czech Republic hereby declares its serious interest in the certification of the GFFFV module, even if it won´t be financially supported by a grant from the European Commission.
