Description

Da Nang International Airport is expanding Terminal 2 to address rising international passenger traffic that has exceeded the terminal's original design capacity. The expansion will add approximately 3,600 square metres to the terminal, increasing the total operational area to more than 21,000 square metres. Upgrades include increasing check-in counters from 54 to 85, boarding gates with bridges from 4 to 7, departure baggage carousels from 2 to 4, arrival baggage belts from 4 to 6, and installation of a modern Variable Air Volume air-conditioning system to improve energy efficiency and passenger comfort.
