Description	The project entails the construction of the Dakaimen - Yushang Expressway in Xinping County, Yuxi City, Yunnan Province, China. The main line of the route is 66.65 kilometers long, the connection line between Xinpingdong and Xinpingxi is 2.32 kilometers long, and the chic connection line is 3.955 kilometers. The whole line is constructed according to the standard of two-way four-lane expressway. Total capacity is 72.925km. The design speed is 80 km/h and the roadbed width is 25.5 m. Yuxi City Expressway Investment Construction Development Co., Ltd. is the project company. Government stakeholders include: Yuxi Traffic Development Investment Co., Ltd. (23%) and Yunnan Jiaonong Transportation Industry Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) (7%). Yunnan Construction Infrastructure Investment Co., Ltd. (70%) is the private shareholder. The project involves a 33-year BOT concession.
