The project entails the construction of Dali section of Nanxun to Jingdong Expressway that starts from Baiyan River in Nanxun County, and connects to the planned Binnan Expressway. It passes through Nanzhao, Cuihua, Wuliang, Pu'er City, Anding and Wen. Long, Jingdong, stop in Xincun, and the Jingwen Expressway under construction, the total length of the route is about 108.285 kilometers, of which about 45.24 kilometers in Dali Prefecture. The estimated total investment of this PPP project is about $ 963.04 million. SPV is Yunnan Nanjing Expressway Co., Ltd. a JV between the sponsors Yunnan Transportation Investment Construction Group Co., Ltd (36.5%), Chinalco International Engineering Co., Ltd. (15%), China Nonferrous Metals Industry Sixth Metallurgical Construction Co., Ltd. (15%), Yunnan Jiaotou Group Yunling Construction Co., Ltd. (1%), Yunnan Jiaotou Group Highway Construction Co., Ltd. (1%), Yunnan Jiaotou Municipal Garden Engineering Co., Ltd. (0.5%), Yunnan Transportation Research Institute Co., Ltd. (0.5%), Yunnan Yunling Expressway Transportation Technology Co., Ltd. (0.5%) and the state-owned, Dali Prefecture Xingda Municipal Transportation Construction Investment Co., Ltd. (14.27%) and Pu'er Transportation Construction Group Co., Ltd. (15.73%). The type of concession is BOT and the period of the contract is 30 years.
