This project is a water supply and drainage project in the field of municipal infrastructure, including a water supply plant and a sewage treatment plant, and is a stock asset project. The construction scale of the water plant is 50,000 tons/day, and the length of the pipe network is about 52 kilometers. The purification treatment of the water purification plant adopts the process of "mixing reaction + sedimentation + filtration and disinfection", and the mixing process adopts a mechanical stirring device; the flocculation process adopts a folded plate flocculation tank; The process adopts the inclined plate sedimentation tank; the filtration process adopts the V-type filter; the disinfection process adopts the sodium hypochlorite disinfection process; the raw water is treated by the water purification plant to meet the domestic application water sanitation standard (GB5749-2006). The construction scale of the sewage treatment plant is 10,000 tons/day, and the reclaimed water reuse scale is 5,000 tons/day. The length of the supporting pipe network is 47.2 kilometers, and the sewage treatment area is the area west of Laolongtou River, east of No. 9 Road, and north of No. 4 Road, with an area of ??about 5.4km2. The secondary treatment of the sewage plant adopts the A/A/O process, and the advanced treatment process adopts the methods of coagulation, sedimentation, filtration and disinfection to collect domestic sewage and some industrial wastewater.
