A public-private partnership project that transformed the former Danville White Mill, a historic textile mill, into a 550,000-square-foot riverfront living space and office complex. The project involved a $110 million renovation, preserving the iconic building and repurposing it for residential and office use, including housing the city's economic development and parks and recreation departments as well as an engineering consulting firm.
