Description | In Nov 2011, a local private company Shuguang Group signed an agreement with the Dangtu County Government to build and operate the No. 2 Wastewater Treatment Plant in Dangtu County, Anhui Province. The capacity of the facilities was 15,000 cubic meters per day. The total investment was RMB 31.7655 million (US$ 5.03 million), and Shuguang Group had a 100% stake in the project. The concession term of the project was 30 years. The agreement was granted following an open bidding process.Construction commenced in Dec 2011. Till Sep 2012, 98% of the total investment had incurred,a little bit behind schedule (planned completion time: Aug 2012) according to a report. At least 25% of construction had been achieved by Jan 2012. |
