"After managing UAB Dansu - one of the biggest production companies in Baltic states - that specialises in production services and commercials, the same owners established a non-profit organisation (it is needed according Lithuanian law) VSI Dansu films, dedicated to producing original content. Most of the profits from UAB Dansu is transferred to VSI Dansu films to fuel original content development and production. Both companies have the same owners, offices, share employees, experiences and name. Among LLC Dansu project's – co-production of Netflix TV series ""Clark"" and TV series “Agent Hamilton”. VSI Dansu films last year produced its biggest project – TV dramedy “Troll Farm” that was picked up by Berlinale Series Market Selects. In 2019 VSI Dansu Films released a feature drama about adoption “Sasha was here” that had successful 8 weeks run in cinemas in Lithuania. This application consists of 4 projects: 1.TV drama ""Fuck The Law"" (6x45'). A family drama about two families from different countries who stop at nothing to gain custody of a little girl. It is a co-production with Norway (Bacon Pictures) and Poland (Orka). LOI with Lithuanian National Radio and Television. 2. Feature dramedy ""Ideal Family"" (90') aimed for theatre release. It is a film about a devoted wife and mother that finds herself drawn to a woman who makes her question her identity and threatens to lead her down the path of betraying her family. Directed by awarded Lina Lužytė. 3. Feature film for children ""The Queen Of England Stole My Parents"" (90'). It is based on award-winning short film with the same name by the director Ernestas Jankauskas. Film is aimed for theatrical release. 4. A magic realism short film ""Strawberry Winter"" by emerging talent Greta Bertauskytė about troubled alcoholic searching for his missing daughter. All projects will be distributed also through VOD/ SVOD and other platforms after their run in cinemas and on national TV."
