Description | DataBank has secured a $2 billion construction loan for the development of a large-scale data center campus in Red Oak, Texas, within the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The project will ultimately consist of eight facilities, with the initial funding supporting the first three data centers totaling 600,000 square feet and 180 megawatts of power capacity. These three buildings will be two stories each and include office components. The combined estimated cost for these three facilities is $837 million, with completion dates set for 2027 and 2028.
