David Crombie Park Revitalization

The David Crombie Park revitalization project is an open-space redevelopment in Toronto's St. Lawrence neighbourhood, aiming to renew nearly two hectares of aging community space and social infrastructure. The redesign preserves much of the park's existing structure and heritage while restoring its public spaces, maintaining existing structures and materials, and incorporating sustainability measures to achieve carbon neutrality 13 years after completion. The project also includes upgrades to bikeways, streetscapes, and Indigenous placemaking elements, delivered through phased construction.
