The project is executed by Solar for Industries Limited (SFI), a subsidiary of LMI Holdings Limited, and will be developed in two phases starting with an initial 200 MWp installation. The first phase of 100MWp is expected to be completed by December 2026, with an additional 100MWp added to the grid after 9 months. The project aims to expand to 1,000 MWp by 2032, becoming the largest private utility-scale solar farm in sub-Saharan Africa, excluding South Africa. |
