In order to address the housing need in Dawson and provide residents with access to critical services such as fire protection, this project entails an extension of the current municipal infrastructure which includes water, sewer, stormwater and upgrade of power, communications, grading and additional roads. The project includes approximately 120 m of watermain and 110 m of sewer main, 270 m of ditches and 3 culverts. The project also consists of sanitary and water manholes, water and sewer services to lot lines, road reconstruction and widening, and power and communications improvements.
