In May 2015, a local private company Beijing Sound Environment Industry Group won a bid to finance, build and operate 7 township wastewater treatment plants in Dazhu County, Dazhou City, Sichuan Province. Description | In May 2015, a local private company Beijing Sound Environment Industry Group won a bid to finance, build and operate 7 township wastewater treatment plants in Dazhu County, Dazhou City, Sichuan Province. The plants were located in Bolin, Shihe, Zhoujia, Shizi, Gaoxue, Miaoba, and Qingshui. The concession term was 26 years. Construction of the plants in Shihe and Qingshui commenced in November 2015 but progressed slowly. The design treatment capacity of all the facilities was 11,500 tons per day. The total investment was US$ 15.58 million (RMB 97 million) and Beijing Sound had a 100% stake in the project. |
