SPV is Dean Jiujin Road Project Management Co., Ltd., a JV between the government company De'an County Urban Development Co., Ltd. (49%) and the private one Jiujiang Financial Holding Group Co., Ltd. (51%). Concession period is 17 years. Financial close took place on October 31, 2019. |
