Description

Description

Euroscepticism remains one of the greatest challenges to European integration, shaping public perceptions, political decision-making, and governance across the EU and its candidate countries. While skepticism can serve as a constructive force in democratic debate, its extreme forms threaten cohesion, delay reforms, and erode trust in EU institutions. This is particularly relevant for Ukraine, where European integration is a national priority, yet remains vulnerable to misinformation, political polarization, and socio-economic concerns. EUROTEST directly addresses these challenges by equipping students, educators, policymakers, and civil society representatives with analytical tools to critically engage with Euroscepticism, understand its drivers, and develop strategies to counteract its negative impacts. Through an interdisciplinary approach, the project will modernize existing courses and develop new ones, integrating real-world case studies, digital tools, and interactive learning methods. Key outputs include an online school, stakeholder workshops, and research publications that translate academic insights into practical, evidence-based recommendations for public discourse and policymaking. The project prioritizes sustainability by embedding its educational components within university curricula, creating open-access resources, and fostering collaborations with academic and policy institutions across Europe. By strengthening resilience against Euroscepticism and reinforcing the value of European integration, EUROTEST contributes to a more informed, engaged, and cohesive European community.
