Decommission Sewage Lagoons

Decommission the existing two celled lagoon system reverting the wastewater system back to a typical septic tank and drain field design. Eliminates the lagoons from the system and pumps directly from Pump Station 1 to the drain field. Will eliminate a major source of non-wastewater system generated water which will help normalize system flows and reduce the infiltration burden placed on the drain field.
