Delfin Park Public Park and Mixed-Use Development

planned

The project involves the transformation of the former RATC base on Soveja Street in Constanța into a mixed-use complex including housing, commercial spaces, a hotel, and a public park of approximately 12,000 square meters. The park will be part of the public infrastructure, accessible to the general public, and integrated into the city's urban network. The project also includes pedestrian and bicycle routes connecting key city areas to promote alternative mobility.
