DeepOpinion consists of 2 core components: 1) Cognitive Skill Builder (AI Builder) & 2) Flow Builder. The Skill Builder is a no-code interface used to create various custom cognitive skills (AI skills, NLU, IDP tasks) to infuse into existing bots, or to create “smart bots”, built on AutoNLU. The Flow Builder allows customers to create new automation workflows.
