In its place, a new speculative industrial unit of approximately 33,000 sq ft will be constructed. The new building will feature a double height glazed lobby, large open plan office, toilet and shower facilities, 30 car parking spaces including three electric vehicle charging points, and cycle storage for up to 42 bikes. A new access will be created off Atlas Road with a large concrete service yard suitable for HGVs. Three trees will be removed to accommodate the service yard access. The future occupier of the building is currently unknown. |
