Denali Summit Lakefront Docks and Seawalls

legal dispute - injunction vacated

Denali Summit constructed docks, seawalls, erosion control measures, and a breakwater on lakefront property at Lake of the Ozarks. The structures were noncompliant with Ameren Missouri's shoreline management plan, which requires permits for shoreline structures. Ameren sought to enjoin Denali from further construction and to remove or demonstrate compliance of existing structures.
