Description | The Denver Broncos have selected Burnham Yard, a former railyard in downtown Denver, as the site for a new privately funded retractable-roof stadium and adjacent mixed-use district. The project aims to transform the 58-acre site into a year-round entertainment hub with restaurants, shops, housing, offices, hotels, entertainment, and public spaces. The stadium is planned to be completed by the 2031 NFL season and will be fully funded by the Walton Penner Family Ownership Group with no new taxes on residents. |
