Denver Citywide Removal of Parking Minimums

planned

The Denver City Council voted to abolish parking minimums for new developments across the city to encourage more housing development and increase housing supply. Previously, minimum parking requirements existed for apartment buildings and commercial establishments, but now developers can choose to build no parking spaces if they wish. The policy aims to reduce building costs and promote alternative transportation options.
