Denver Water Elyria-Swansea Operations Campus

planned

Denver Water plans to build a new operations campus in Denver's Elyria-Swansea neighborhood to replace 25 acres of its current campus land being provided to the Denver Broncos for a new stadium. The campus will include a large warehouse, pipe storage facility, fleet maintenance, trades shop, and meter shop across two lots totaling 21.5 acres. The project includes new water mains, sewer lines, detention ponds, and private roads, with over 10% of the land set aside as open space but without public access for security reasons.
