"QA in CVET: In addition to dissemination measures, which are intended to promote the topic of ""Quality assurance in continuing vocational education and training"", the elaboration of the study Analysis of existing quality management systems (QMS) for digital educational offers is requested in work package 3. Within the framework of this work package, the preparation of an approx. 50-page study is defined, which investigates the question of whether new technological developments in the area of teaching/learning formats (digitalisation) have changed relevant aspects for the quality of the educational institutions, their products and services. This step will create the prerequisite for evaluating the digital maturity of instruments used in connection with the Upgrading Training Assistance Act (AFBG) funding (checklist and a QMS matrix) in the future. These instruments were developed in 2010 through project 7.8.055 (IV-09 to I-11). The project addresses the topics of digitisation and lifelong learning - key strategic-political educational goals at both EU and national level (see ""European Skills Agenda for Sustainable Competitiveness, Social Justice and Resilience"", ""Action Plan for Digital Education"" and the ""Council Recommendation on Vocational Education and Training for Sustainable Competitiveness, Social Justice and Resilience (RE-VET)"", which was supplemented by the ""Osnabrück Declaration""). At the national level, the project to be applied for takes up the recommendation of the ""National Continuing Education Strategy"" (NWS) to analyse existing quality assurance instruments for digital educational offers and, if necessary, to develop additional, necessary quality descriptors based on this. In work package 4, the willingness is also expressed to participate in up to five peer review processes coordinated by the COM/the EQAVET Secretariat within the project duration, as well as to carry out such a process itself at system level. This is in line with the requirements set out in the call for proposals."
