Description | The scheme of the project entails the development of three new secondary schools in Bolsover, Clowne and Staveley, for the first phase of Derbyshire’s "Building Schools for the Future" programme, which will all benefit from Trend Building Energy Management Systems.All classrooms will have natural ventilation with actuated windows, to maintain air quality. The WindowMaster system is integrated with the BEMS through BACnet open‐protocol communications. This allows the under‐floor heating control to be co‐ordinated with the ventilation and prevent simultaneous heating and cooling. |
