Description | The project entails the construction of a 60 MW solar plant located in Saratovom oblastyi, Russian Federation named Dergachovskoy. Total investment stands at 4.6 billion rubles or $ 66 million. SPV is Avelar Solar Technologies, a wholly owned subsidiary of the sponsor Hevel Group. The forecast production of the Dergachovskoy solar plant will be more than 80 million kWh per year, which is equivalent to using 24 million cubic meters. m. of natural gas and will avoid more than 42 thousand tons of CO2 emissions.
