OBJECTIVES: General objective of the Project: To create and develop a Center for Diagnosis and Psychological and Psychoeducational Guidance (CDOP) at the Óscar Ribas University (UÓR), transferable to the universities of Namibe, Lueji A'Nkonde and the Escola Superior Pedagógica de Bié, based on the service model of the Center for Psychological and Psychopedagogical Care (SAP) of the University of Cádiz (UCA) and the good practices of the Faculty of Social Sciences of the RheinMain University of Applied Sciences. Specific objectives 1. Design the process of transferring psychological and psycho-pedagogical services from the SAP of the University of Cádiz, complemented by the good practices of the RheinMain University of Applied Sciences, to the participating Angolan universities. 2. Create technological conditions, infrastructure and professional work methodologies that constitute support for the transfer of good practices and their socialization according to the defined methodology. 3. Develop the professional capacities of the specialists, technicians and researchers of the CDOP of the Angolan universities as a way to achieve the optimal functioning of the specialized services that it promotes and their sustainability. 4. Implement a quality control system as a guarantee of increasing the quality standards of the services provided by the CDOP of Angolan universities, with a risk management approach. 5. Generate knowledge associated with the technology transfer process and good practices from the University of Cadiz and the RheinMain University of Applied Sciences to the participating Angolan universities, the systematization of the experience and the dissemination of the results through publications, events, creation academic-investigative networks, among other ways.
