Description | Design and contract administration for the Little Lake Road Watermain extension to provide a looped water distribution system to improve water quality as a result of the existing dead end line. This will require the installation of approximately 200m of 150 mm diameter polyvinyl chloride (PVC) pipe. The new line will connect to the existing distribution line creating continued water circulation and improve the water quality of stagnant water and reducing maintenance needs of the system. Completion of this project will ensure that safe reliable drinking water is available and reduce the potential for additional pressure on the province’s health care. Project does not include capital works. |
