Description | This project will replace nearly 350 m of the Bowerhill transmission main (400 mm Cast Iron) which has reached the end of its useful life. Replacement material type will be determined during detailed design. The transmission main dates back to the early 1900s. It connects the main treated water storage facility to the Woodstock Distribution System. This project will reduce the likelihood of failure of the main, improving reliability of service for close to 38,000 people. |
