Description | Developing Commercial Real Estate Indicators in Statistics Denmark The general objective of this project is to prepare for the compilation and provision of the CPPI and the CPRI in line with the EU requirements in the coming regulation on CREI. The work will be carried out as one work package with four main activities: 1. Pilot study on new data sources for rental market information: Statistics Denmark will look at privately held data; including third party data, to cover existing contracts and asking price data to cover new contracts 2. Calculate indicators broken down by prime/non-prime locations: With the data at hand, Statistics Denmark will test different measures of prime to see which measure is fit for calculating this breakdown 3. Calculate and analyze transaction values and their fitness for weighting the CPPI to form national indices 4. Develop and implement a production system for calculation and delivery of price indices based on the methodology developed under this grant and previous grants |
