The first phase involves developing an integrated township in Bhopal on 1600 acres of land acquired from BHEL, featuring residential buildings, industrial plots, schools, hospitals, and playgrounds. The project includes a 50-50 revenue sharing model between the State Government and BHEL and incorporates multi-storied buildings and Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban) schemes for lower-income groups. Other cities will be selected based on their industrial development potential, investment, and employment opportunities. |
