Economic/Social Impact of the Project Assam Power Distribution Company Limited envisage for the Procurement of 50 MWAC Solar power from Grid Connected Ground Mounted Solar PV Project to be developed in Borsola Revenue Circle, Dhekiajuli,Sonitpur District of Assam. The Scope of work included Designing, constructing, erecting, testing, commissioning and completing the 50 MWAC Solar PV ground mount Project and supply of Contracted Capacity, Operation and maintenance of the 50 MWAC Solar PV ground mount Project in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, Performance and fulfillment of all other obligations of the Solar Power Developer in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and matters incidental thereto or necessary for the performance of any or all of the obligations of the Solar Power Developer under this Agreement.
