Description | The project aims to develop a paved multifunctional trail of more than 2 km on each side of the street, representing a total distance of more than 4 km, which will be owned and operated by the municipality of Longue-Pointe-de-Mingan. The project includes the following: Development of two 2.18 km corridors on each side of the street, for a total distance of 4.36 km; Preparation of shoulders by adding the necessary materials for asphalting; Painting of the lines for the cycling zone; Development of a rest area with a bench, a table, a bicycle rack, etc., and installation of amenities; and, Development of a parking lot. Related work may also be completed. This project will allow the municipality to provide better quality recreation infrastructure to its population. |
