Description | The project consists of the development of a skateboard park and pétanque courts and related works. The Municipality of Saint-Joachim-de-Shefford is the owner and operator of the property. The main components of the project are: Skateboard park work : removal of gravel as well as the contour of the pétanque court; surface preparation and ground compaction; installation of the skateboard park and concrete components; grading, finishing work around the new platform; and light fixture upgrade. Pétanque court : surface preparation by removing topsoil; compaction of the surface and addition of the specific aggregate; and development of the perimeter with installation of benches. This project will allow the municipality to provide its population with better quality recreational infrastructure. |
