The scope of work includes as-is study of existing online billing system in the Power and Electricity Department, Mizoram, data migration, provision of cloud server service as required, designing, site survey, planning, engineering, assembly, manufacturing, supply, loading, transportation, unloading, insurance, delivery at site, handling, storage, installation, testing, commissioning and documentation of all items, material, services required to complete the supply of Desktop computers and printers, data migration work of consumers to existing billing system and interoperation of prepaid smart meters with existing billing system in Mizoram.
