Description

Description

The main objective of this project is to implement a network of publicly accessible recharging pools for light-duty and heavy-duty electric vehicles to allow electric charging along the TEN-T road networks in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. The objective will be achieved with the deployment of 88 charging pools (sites) including 83 recharging points with a minimum power output of 150 kW for light duty vehicles and 53 recharging points of a minimum power output of 350 kW for heavy duty vehicles, fully operational and 24/7 available for consumers. Global indicative number of charging pools that will be designed for a dual use (e.g for LDV and HDV) is a range from 10 to 20. The project relies on 100% renewable electricity sources.
