Development of sports and recreational facilities in the former Sainte-Brigide church

The project aims to develop 2 recreational and sports facilities. The works include, among other things: - Leveling of the floor of the nave for the needs of a second multifunctional sports platform, suitable for the practice of sports and physical activities that require a free and unobstructed height. - Fixing a structure for the rigging required for the practice of circus arts. - Construction of mezzanines. - Arrangement of several smaller activity rooms. - Development of a reception area, cloakroom, community kitchen. - Installation of adapted sanitary services, toilets, sinks and showers. - Development of a first aid room and storage spaces for equipment. - Arrangement of meeting rooms and offices. - Work to bring the building up to standard: replacement of the heating system, installation of a ventilation system and a fire alarm system. - The installation of a person lift. - Replacement of basement windows. - Repair of the large windows on the ground floor. - Replacement of the roof. This description of the work is not exhaustive and it could be revised following the completion of the final plans and specifications and the opening of calls for tenders.
