Development of the recreational sports center of the 12-November promenade

The project includes the following elements: - The construction of a riverside promenade, including the installation of active furniture, the development of gathering spaces (plaza, belvedere) and the creation of a bicycle path. - Renovation and upgrading of the skate park in Marguerite-d’Youville Park. This renovation or upgrade includes the replacement of skateboard modules and the installation of a play module for teenagers. - Expansion of the BIT Nicolet-Yamaska with the construction of a multi-purpose room. This description of the work is not exhaustive and will be revised following completion of the final plans and specifications and the opening of calls for tenders.
