Information Public Works Department, Government of Karnataka has come up with Development of Twin Towers in Anand Rao Circle, Bengaluru, Karnataka with a ticket size of 1250 INR Crores. This project in Commercial Real Estate sub-sector involves The current status of the project is DPR/Feasibility Study in Progress and is being developed through the EPC route. Economic/Social Impact of the Project With the development of the twin tower, there will be a hierarchy of office spaces with designated places, such as shared administrative space, visitors space, and information center. This will sort out the issues and provide a vertical space with vast variety of other anchored stores located at ground floor. Public Works Department, Government of Karnataka envisages for the Development of Twin Towers in Anand Rao Circle, Bangalore, Karnataka. To accommodate a majority of government offices at a single place, the twin tower is being planned in 8.5 Acres land with an estimated cost of INR 1250 Crs. It is proposed to accommodate 60 percent of the government offices. The Towers will consist of 25 Floors, 25 Meeting Halls, Sky Walks to connect Vidhana Soudha, Kempegowda Bus Station and Metro terminus.
