The project holds a Nuclear Regulatory Commission license in renewal, with Environmental Protection Agency and aquifer exemption approvals. It targets annual production of 750,000 pounds over a 28-year mine life, with initial capital costs of US$264.2 million and cash operating costs of US$23.81 per pound. State permitting is targeted for completion by end of 2027, with plant engineering to begin in 2026. |
